Day 1.5

I know only a little of how you feel when your family is against you. I’m sorry for any verbal abuse I have given you. You live a nightmare that I can only imagine. Today my family is mad that I had left them for the last day I get to see you. Yeah I get that they are disappointed. I know I should say sorry to them because only once in a while do we gather as a family and spend time. But they do need to remember that they have left me to do adult stuff. Not saying I wanted to drink but the thought that they didn’t offer me a sip kinda hurt. It’s just the thought, not the fact that I couldn’t. They have left me to go clubbing and other things in the past. Why is it that when I leave them to go do what I want, they blow up? I’m glad that they are disappointed because they wanna spend time but mad? 

There were many times that I thought of not talking to them because they were older than me. In doing that, I thought, maybe they will finally feel bad that they don’t have my attention. Maybe they will realize that now because I’m grown up, I will choose to do other things or not be with them. It kind of connects to the many times I thought of suicide. The thought that if I’m not here, maybe then will they realize that me not being there hurts. 

I hope this has a deep connection to you. I think I know how you feel when you feel you are alone and against your family. They think it’s a feeling we should just get over and that there’s no reason that we should feel this way because they “give us everything.” They may do that, but when they leave me alone, I feel like I have nothing. Which is why I’m happy to have you babe. [Can’t help but tear up]. I wonder if you feel this way too :(
